Regularly run significantly behind on appointments with no communication to those of us waiting in waiting room.
A white board in reception seating area would be useful that could be updated with the current waiting times for all of the docs/nurses/midwife etc. This way you manage patient expectations from start of their experience and it saves us getting grumpy and fed up
I have been seen, and/or received telephone advice whenever necessary. All staff are very professional and helpful.
I needed to see my GP for a referral to have a scan but the surgery was able to get me an appointment for to have the scan the very same day as the surgery has a scanner come in once a fortnight. I was unaware of this before calling that morning. By having is done today has undoubtedly saved me a lot of time and I am very grateful.
This is truly a wonderful practice and I can only thank all the staff at Worsted Green for such great service and care.
I am a new patient, having just moved into the area. I hadn't yet had chance to register as a new patient (although an appointment had been made), when I had the very unexpected need to see a doctor - something I do once every 8 or so years!!
The surgery was extremely helpful and accommodating at very short notice.

Theresa the receptionist was exceptional. I was looking to register for the surgery and arrange an urgent appointment about a concern I had. She was extremely helpful and understood my worries and dealt with me efficiently and was very caring. The doctor I saw was very good, intellectual and made me feel at ease. I am happy I have moved to this surgery, as I was happy with my last and was a little concerned changing to one I was not familiar with... these concerns were unfounded. Thank you to the Moat House staff :O)
